Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy in a patient of acute calculus cholecystitis.

A case of acute calculus cholecystitis with dense adhesions. Patient admitted with severe pain abdomen and after proper evaluation and fitness underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Ultrasonic shears was used for dense adhesions.
